01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3333bat platform — whether through the website at 3333bat.club, the 3333bat mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use 3333bat.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 3333bat. They apply to every interaction you have with the platform, including browsing, registering an account, making deposits, placing bets, claiming bonuses and withdrawing funds. Using 3333bat in any capacity means you accept these terms.

02 Eligibility

Each person is permitted to hold one 3333bat account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering your 3333bat account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your 3333bat login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 3333bat will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

3333bat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and other payment methods listed on the Payment page. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are credited to your 3333bat wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. 3333bat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within a reasonable time, contact our support team with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are listed on the Finance / Wallet page. 3333bat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Funds deposited into your 3333bat wallet may only be used for gaming on the platform.
• 3333bat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been fully verified.
• 3333bat reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

3333bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all 3333bat bonuses:

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your 3333bat wallet. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 3333bat — including fishing games, arcade titles, card games and live dealer options — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

All games on 3333bat use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are independently audited and provably fair. The house edge for each game is disclosed within the game interface. 3333bat does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Bets placed on 3333bat are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game session, 3333bat reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet.
• 3333bat is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3333bat. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with 3333bat games or systems in a way that is not part of normal gameplay.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the 3333bat platform, its servers or its software.
• Using 3333bat for any form of money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 3333bat staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

3333bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 3333bat, other players or the integrity of the platform.

If your 3333bat account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be forfeited.

You may also choose to close your 3333bat account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.

• 3333bat is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• 3333bat is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules, bonus terms or these Terms and Conditions.
• 3333bat is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• In all cases, 3333bat's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
